First time Buyers, more about the Tax Credit.
As I mentioned in Friday’s post, the use of the first time buyer tax credit toward BUYING A HOME, is a work in progress.

Why does an agent in Sun City worry about first time buyers? Because I also serve the family communities of Glendale, Peoria and Suprise AZ. All of these communities have excellent opportunities for the first time buyer to own their own family home.

My name is Barb Lindon and I am in the market for a home in Sun City. I have a long story but I just started to work with an Agent a week ago over the internet who is a rooky and is not providing the information that I have requested. I am looking to buy a second home, I am out of the Chicago Land area and I would like to talk to someone with some knowledge of Sun City and someone who will understand my circumstances that can give me advice about Market Conditions. I am looking for the Fontaine, with a desert/rock yard, I don’t care what condition but it has to be in phase II or newer and under $150,000. I have a background in realestate and the trades so the whole process is known. I personally have bought and sold over fifteen houses in the past ten years and have built many houses from the ground up. I don’t have time to play games as this other agent seems to be doing.

You seem to be the man in the area that is on top of the market conditions, you seem to be very positive. I on the other hand don’t think that the bottom has hit yet, at least not in my area…we are still seeing huge drops in housing…
