It is a sad comment of our world today that people have lost most, if not all, of their sense of right and wrong, and fail to take full responsibility for their actions. As a realtor when I see a house that has been trashed, I wonder what we don't see,ie, cement in the drains, electrical wires pulled out of the walls, and worse. The old adage BUYER BEWARE is more important today than any other time I can remember. Thank heavens the FBI now is looking into the probem.
